History of College
BlueCrest College was conceived as a high-tech Centre of Excellence in Sierra Leone in February 2014.
Step 1: Ensure that you have met the admission requirements for the programme that you are interested in.
Step 2: Fill up Pre-application form and submit it to the Counsellor for the counseling session.
There are various stages an Academic student undergoes at NIIT from his/her inquiry for a program to its completion and final certification.
BlueCrest College was conceived as a high-tech Centre of Excellence in Sierra Leone in February 2014. The mandate of the College was to carry out scientific, technological, management, professional, vocational and skill development courses to benefit the youth of Sierra Leone.
In April 2015, The National Council for Technical, Vocational and Other Academic Awards (NCTVA) of Republic of Sierra Leone granted Accreditation to BlueCrest College in respect of Diploma and Higher/ Advanced Diploma in the following domains:
- Information Technology (Software Engineering)
- Information Technology (Network Engineering)
- Desktop Support Specialist
- Web Design and Development
- Accounting and Finance
- Business Management
- Management Information Systems among others.
While the country struggled against deadly EBOLA virus outbreak in 2014/15, BlueCrest persevered with the good people of Sierra Leone and continued to remain open thereby showing solidarity with the nation in the moment of dire need.
